When Aang, Katara, Sokka, and Toph return to Earthen Fire Industries, Toph’s father’s factory, Team Avatar discovers that the small town is now booming. Aang expects a warm welcome and is surprised when his arrival meets cold and unimpressed spectators. As soon as the team is asked for help at an Economic Council meeting, the reason for the disagreement becomes clear: a massive conflict between Dubber and non-Dubber has hit the city and threatens to turn violent.
