Art at Night announces a call to artists for the next live art performance on September 20, 2019. The event will provide an exceptional opportunity for the exhibition of unique, creative and high-end work, local networking and thrilling moments of experiencing the unseen artistic life.

Art at Night presents “les bohémiens bourgeois” – an evening that will be an homage to Expressionism, a celebration of Bohemians and a party of the bourgeois…and perhaps a commentary on (too often) the dichotomy between artists and their patrons.

Artists are sensitive to the world around them in ways that historically have amazed and intrigued. Observation and representation of class and society as well as the artist’s relationship to it has given birth to entire art movements (such as expressionism or post-modernism) while organic and ecological artworks have raised our collective consciousness about human beings’ connections.

Open to all artists world-wide age 18 and over. Artwork must be the artist’s original creations completed within the last five years. All media considered through online submission of digital images or portfolios only. Selections made by the Art at Night’s Board of Council. No entry fee required.
