Nurse Redd: I’m shaking my quiver just thinking about it
Tale
A detective and a nun investigate a series of heinous crimes that seem personal, while tackling personal issues and uncovering a sinister web that raises more questions than answers. Ed Laclan’s Mustang is the same color and has the same license plate number as the car in The Italian Job 2WQI332.
Ryan Murphy usually starts off strong with an intriguing story angle and then something gets lost in the sauce
Niece Nash wouldn’t have been my first choice for lead detective and yet somehow it worked for me for a while. It’s understandable that with everything going on she gets sidetracked with the story but it’s unrealistic that she’s allowed to keep working in her condition.
The long scenes visiting her husband are unnecessary
When the “incident” happens the montage makes me think she’s dreaming because the dialogue and setting when she meets the orderly seems like a dream sequence. When I see that he’s actually real, that’s what really made the story turn for me.
The head nurse makes those scenes very uncomfortable
Episodes 1-2 are good, 3-4 are good, and 5-6 are terrible. The theory they seem to be trying to force on us is that the priest is the serial killer.
I’m not sure why they needed 10 episodes for this mostly filler show
The doctor I found at the fire is my pick and I wish the show would end now. Unfortunately, the crime scenes are the most interesting part of this show and remind me of what our human nature can succumb to: exaggeration and cruelty.
