Lumi Santana is a chef with a gift: a person can notice his emotions by the taste of his preparation. Although she was raised by her mother, who taught her that dreams and true love are silly fairy tales, she puts her heart and money into opening her own Fusion restaurant in Upper Manhattan. The restaurant offers a combination of Dominican cuisine, in which he grew up, and other cuisines of the world, which he inspires.
