It’s a pure pleasure to watch this cinematic Colombian marvel. The screen adaptation exceeded my expectations and made such a cold "unfilmable" good film. The novel. A completely authentic and magical look to my eyes. Bravo to the creators of Colombia and the team of Colombia for a very careful, perfect, and subtle adaptation of one of the most beautiful novels ever written! The cinematography is excellent and shows the beauty of Colombia very vividly. The costumes, colonial architecture, interior design of the buildings, and carefully selected musical accompaniment create an unforgettable atmosphere of Colombian magic in every detail.
